Content Policy
The Foalcon.com Booru does not take DNP requests. It is intended to be a permanent archive to all the foalcon art the fandom as a whole has made. We've already lost too much of it as is. If an artist wishes to have their name removed from their art, we can change the tag the something else. But under no circumstances will art be removed from the booru unless it is prohibited content.
Any art used by Foalcon.com staff for logos, backgrounds, etc., however, is liable and open for removal should the artist desire. Just send an email to the contact information with proof of who you are, and which image you want removed from what asset, and we'll remove it from the site within 5 Business Days(This length of time is designated to allow us time to replace the asset in the best way that we can given the notice.). If artists wish to not be used at all for any assets, please email us regarding that, and review our site assets(Logos, Backgrounds) for any discrepencies to include in your request and we'll add you to a list our Staff has access to when creating assets.
Any of your art posted or discussed on the site by users, is not within our jurisdiction, and you'll have to take it up with the individual users.
Prohibited content
- Child pornography: any photograph or photorealistic drawing or movie that depicts children in a sexual manner. This includes nudity, explicit sex, implied sex, or sexually persuasive positions.
- Any depiction of IRL extreme mutilation, extreme bodily distension, feces.

- Foalcon.com is presented to you AS IS, without any warranty, express or implied. You will not hold Foalcon.com or its staff members liable for damages caused by the use of the site.
- Foalcon.com reserves the right to delete or modify your account, or any content you have posted to the site.
- Foalcon.com reserves the right to change these Terms of Service without prior notice.
- If you are a minor, then you will not use Foalcon.com.
- You are using Foalcon.com only for personal use.
- You will not spam, troll or offend anyone.
- You accept that Foalcon.com is not liable for any content that you may stumble upon.
Privacy policy
The Site will not disclose the IP address or email address of any user except to the staff. The exception to this is law enforcement if they have a warrent. We simply don't have the capability to deny such a request.
Cookies are used to store your session data in order to keep you logged in and personalize your web experience.
